1. Payment
The customer will make payments to Bens Bugs Pest Control Ltd within 7 days of receipt of invoice, unless agreed otherwise. Average house sizes based on number of bedrooms are used when we quote over the phone or email. Bens Bugs Pest Control reserve the right to amend the quotation based on the size of the property upon inspection or
survey or should the customer’s requirements change.
Bens Bugs Pest Control accepts the following types of payment:
– Card payment
– Invoice/BACS
– Cheque
2. Bens Bugs Pest Control Service Obligations
The service will be always carried out in a professional manner. The technician will use and apply insecticide, rodenticide, or monitoring devices as they deem appropriate on each visit. The technician will report to the site contact on each visit and a written report on findings, treatments and recommendations made during the visit.
If any additional visits/treatments are required to control the pest, this will be quoted and agreed with the customer before continuing with any treatment.
3. Customer Obligations
The customer must give Bens Bugs Pest Control access at the time of the agreed booking date and time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation/call out fee of £50.00. The customer is responsible to carry out any pre/post treatment advice specified by Bens Bugs Pest Control before, during and after the
treatment. This is to ensure the treatment is as effective and successful as possible.
If the pre treatment has NOT been completed to an acceptable standard when the technician arrives and the technician is unable to carry out the treatment a call out fee of £50.00 will be applied.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide as much notice as possible. If the booking is not cancelled before the
technician arrives at the property, a cancellation fee of £50.00 will be applied. The customer is responsible to act on the recommendations advised by the technician as a preventive measure against the pest issue.
Bens Bugs Pest Control cannot be held responsible if the customers do not adhere to these obligations.
4. Liability
Bens Bugs Pest Control does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods, or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was occasioned by negligence of Bens Bugs Pest Control.
Notice of such loss, damage of injury must be notified in writing to info@bensbugspestcontrol.co.uk
within 48 hours. All prices and quotes are subject to site survey and are valid for 30 days.
