The number of visits included in the contract will depend on the level infestation and this will be agreed at the time the contract is taken out.
We will include call outs within 10 hours for the pests covered within the contract and attend within the same time frame for any pests which are not covered within the contract however a discounted treatment fee will apply.
We will submit a full written report detailing findings on every visit as well as leaving details of all insecticide and rodenticides used.
