This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Ben’s Bugs the owner(s) of this Web Site.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
The customer/client will make payments to Bens Bugs as agreed in the Service Agreement. Payment on completion is required unless stated otherwise.
2. Bens Bugs Services Obligations
The pest control service will be carried out in a professional manner. The technician will use and apply pesticides and monitoring devices, as they deem appropriate on each visit. The technician will report to the site contact on each visit and will leave a written report on the findings, treatments and recommendations made during the inspection.
If any additional visits/treatments to control the pests are required upon inspection of property, this will be chargeable and agreed before continuing with any treatment.
Bens Bugs will only carry out treatment with customers present on site.
3. Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible to carry out any pre/post treatment advice specified by our engineers before attending and after attending. If this pre/post treatment is not carried out, this will make the treatment less effective.
Payment is made on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Bens Bugs does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was occasioned by negligence of themselves or their staff. Notice of such loss, damage or injury must be notified in writing to within 48 hours.
All prices and quotes provided are all subject to site survey and are valid for 30 days.
